Today, Ubisoft announced that Splinter Cell: Conviction and Red Steel 2, two games that were expected to be released this holiday, have been pushed back to Ubisoft’s fiscal fourth quarter — which starts January 1st, 2010.

What is even worse is that most of the games pushed into 2010 will not release until Q3 or after. No way will we see Lost Planet 2, SC: Conviction, MAG, GOW III, Bayonetta, GT5, Dante's Inferno, Bioshock 2, FFXIII, Mafia II etc all during the first quarter.
