With 360 at 31.35 M and PS3 at 22.91, and with 360 selling more consoles every week, how much time/weeks do you think remain before the gap reaches the psychological mark of 10.000.000 consoles?

Give me your thoughts.

With no pricecut or if the slim is launched at $400 prob in december.

Well that all assumes that the 360 will always have this lead over the PS3 in sales each week! With a Price-cut and aggressive holiday marketing from Sony i think they could sell on par with eachother with the PS3 keeping the momentum into the new year with some of the games like GOWIII and MAG...

We will have to wait and see. I feel that this Holiday will be decided by what is announced/revealed by Sony or MS at GC and TGS!

Wasn't there a 10 million gap at launch? And wasn't that supposed to guarantee Microsoft victory?

With Natal and the PS Wand yet to launch, I don't think a 10 million gap will guarantee MS victory over Sony. It certainly helps their chances, but we have several years yet to go with this generation.

Well, it all depends on what Sony do this holiday season.

If they do nothing, expect the 10 million by December.

If they cut the price or release a slim, dont expect the 10 million.

If Sony doesn't cut the price or release a slim I would say before the end of the year.

In November if this Holiday season turns out to be as big as last year for 360

if there is a pricecut/slim for sony, 10 million gap will never happen, but if sony does nothing, then right after holiday season
