This easily the most wanted Wii title for me!

Wow, it's funny how games dissapear for a year and then suddenly they decide to let everyone it exists again. A few months later and its out.

They have actually had trailers from some months ago, and it was playable at E3.

I know it was at E3 and they had trailers and such. But this game dissapeared for a year and many thought it was cancelled.

It springs back and there's chance it'll be out before FF13.

They better come out with lots of marketing and TV ads for this.
Ubi Soft will be pushing Red Steel 2 and NSMB Wii will be coming out.
Plus it's still one of those that most people have forgotten about despite E3.

hmmm, if they do release it in 2009, I'd be impressed, now why can't they do that with FF13? >.>;

Great to hear that it's coming soon. Definitely one of the best efforts third parties have ever made on the Wii.

I hope there is a desert area in the game. For some reason I love desert areas. Especially the Gerudo Desert in Twilight Princess lol.

There is, remember the (third) trailer we got in January?

Which trailer now?

"Pier was a chef, a gifted and respected chef who made millions selling his dishes to the residents of New York City and Boston, he even had a famous jingle playing in those cities that everyone knew by heart. He also had a restaurant in Los Angeles, but not expecting LA to have such a massive population he only used his name on that restaurant and left it to his least capable and cheapest chefs. While his New York restaurant sold kobe beef for $100 and his Boston restaurant sold lobster for $50, his LA restaurant sold cheap hotdogs for $30. Initially these hot dogs sold fairly well because residents of los angeles were starving for good food and hoped that the famous name would denote a high quality, but most were disappointed with what they ate. Seeing the success of his cheap hot dogs in LA, Pier thought "why bother giving Los Angeles quality meats when I can oversell them on cheap hotdogs forever, and since I don't care about the product anyways, why bother advertising them? So Pier continued to only sell cheap hotdogs in LA and was surprised to see that they no longer sold. Pier's conclusion? Residents of Los Angeles don't like food."

@ dahuman

I think there is a pretty difference in the effort between the two titles. Main Final Fantasy games have always had huge budgets and taken forever. The localization will also take a lot longer.

It used to not take this long until their FF12 localization BS. Then again for all I know, the grasslands will still be flat though, I'm going to hate that part so much if that's going to be in the final version sigh....
