arcade bundle.. does anyone really care about them that much?

lol, I love how Cocky PS3 owners are right now with this new 40Gb package in Europe.

The majority of European games come about from American Publishers and those publishers are going to cater mainly to American Consumers and right now if they want to create nex-gen games, they're going to make them for HD system with about 75% of the Marketplace :)

So sure the PS3 will gain some ground on the 360 in Europe, but good luck getting getting anything beyond Sony First & Second Party.

Both MS and Sony are corporations. They don't have feelings. They crunch numbers and try to sell products that people want for as much money as possible.

One could make the same useless argument in reverse; that Sony was afraid of MS and hence made the 40Gb SKU to save their skin, but you wouldn't like that would you.

CoD 4 bundle sounds sweet. That game has been on my "most wanted" list for the PS3.

I think the arcade core model is a great idea. The price is starting to get in the range that interests me, and I love that they bundle a bunch of games with it (on disk, or on memory card?).

You can always buy a hdisk down the track - which is the only thing missing... right?

Its also getting pretty close to the Wii price point, which is very smart. Someone heads into a store, wanting a Wii - but they are sold out - for a few $ more, they can pick up one of these babies (and it still has games).

Mem card is a bit piss-weak though. 1Gig memory (USB) doesn't cost much these days.

If they only would have the balls to throw VivaPinata in...
