Apparently UE3 is the first engine to be compatible with Natal.

It's starting to show it's age, I'm waiting for an Unreal Engine 4 to see what it might look like since I'm a PC guy when it comes to graphics.

Tessellation, multi-threaded rendering are two areas of DirectX 11 development which are directly applicable to the Xbox 360. Also anything to do with using memexport and shader based compute are also applicable to the 360.
