I believe when they ban you from the PSN they ban your system, so he would have to buy a new PS3. And no, he won't win.




If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

If he doesn't get good representation then he's screwed, he probably does not have the money so this filing is probably a way to get the attention of a law firm that will help him for free. I'd like to know why he was banned but since I have not heard anything about other people be being banned unfairly I'm pretty sure he deserved it. He sounds like a whiner that needs a psychiatrist and needs to not depend on online social sites.

He is not asking for much so Sony might settle the case and pay out, vs paying the lawyer/court cost, and I'v never heard of such a phobia. He must have done something to deserve this, Sony is pretty strict with the PSN terms and conditions, so try not to run into any problems with them.

Sony has a team of lawyers who are getting paid all the time. If the judge doesn't throw this out (which he probably will) then Sony will probably send one of their new hires to break him in, and the case will be closed in 1 day and will cost them essentially nothing.

loy - Sony doesn't need to pay court costs and the lawyer is probablly on pay roll.

Oh i didnt kno that thanks.

Just print a copy of the things he said that made him get banned and just let the judge/jury decide if Sony's actions were right to ban him.  If Sony was wrong then just unban him. Simple.  People are just in it for the money.
