If he doesn't get good representation then he's screwed, he probably does not have the money so this filing is probably a way to get the attention of a law firm that will help him for free. I'd like to know why he was banned but since I have not heard anything about other people be being banned unfairly I'm pretty sure he deserved it. He sounds like a whiner that needs a psychiatrist and needs to not depend on online social sites.
