Forums - Nintendo - FF II or FF III (US)

I have the choice of purchasing Final Fantasy II or Final Fantasy III for the Super NES.

 

I'm not entirely sure which one I want to play, so, I'd appreciate some feedback on both and your suggestion. Thanks :D

Get FF II, you can always get FF III on the ds.

Not very familiar with Final Fantasy, huh? It's actually FF II that's on the DS as FF IV. FF III on SNES is actually FF VI, which isn't on the DS at all.

My opinion, as will likely win this thread just to let you know, is to get FF III.

FF III is still my fav game of all time,you really have to play it at least once.

FF II is amazing too but FF III really feel like an upgrade.

I never played FF VI, but i loved IV. So get FF II, but if you have a ds get FF III.

I never played FF VI, but i loved IV. So get FF II, but if you have a ds get FF III.

If he has a DS he might as well get FFI, II, IV, V and VI.
