Cool, I guess.

Ummm...are you sure that article is new? "RROD shows no signs of slowing down"?

Maybe Microsoft paid everyone who got RROD to keep quiet about it, and THAT's where all the money's gone!

It makes flawless logic.

This is NEWS to some of you? M$ expensed out this amount LAST year, and still record 426 million in profits for EDD, so you guys need to read some financial statements...

I doubt they included the $1billion they mentioned in 2007 on the 2008 financial statements. It looks better if you made a profit overall. The money would have been 'put aside' in 2007 so wouldn't show up on the 2008 financial report.

But like you say, it's not news as we could have all guessed it would cost more. Let's hope next time around they just do some testing first.

Hmm, pie.

Now if only they would have paid off the Sony fanboys that seem to want to talk about it endlessly.

No it's talked about endlessly because it's still a huge problem.  Don't tell me MS paid of the MS fanboys to shut up about all the shit that keeps happening with their consoles.  360 failure issues is still a major problem and that's quite unfortunate.  Of course it's still going to be talked about because it is still happening.

Yep M$ buggered up with RROD. But this is old news now. And they posted in profit the last 2 quarters so this is really old news.

GI hu? I used to subscribe (Only because of Gamestop though). I remember they wrote an article about Wii, how it cant sell software, and how SSBB and SMG were flops. Oh, and they review No More Heroes at a 6/10.

I dont subscribe anymore.
