Like I care for what microsoft is going through. Their lack of business ethics costs them dearly.

and hope they bleed more, and for once release something not bugged.

I understand that they may have written an article, but why is it relevant now?

Probably because it still happens a lot, with each new hardware update to the 360 it helps a little more, but my friend has 4 360, one for his dad, two for himself and his main one his elite died which is why he now has 4 he has to have his elite sent off and when he gets it back he's selling me his arcade for 100 dollars, but he is pretty lazy so it might be a while LOL.  Anyway it's still relevant because MS is still spending money on the issue.  Next generation MS is going to do serious product testing before shipping out their new console I can assure that.

And how much has Sony been losing billions on the ps3.

We knew in 2007 that they set aside 1 Billion to sort out RROD. Now, 2 years later, that 1 Billion has been exceeded, and proves that the money they set aside was inadequate.
