Ahh NPD, always being wrong

No. They may not be perfect, but they cover a lot of data. If anyone is wrong, they'd be the last people to be wrong.

NPD is accurate, but the source is not reliable.  Never trust information from Twitter.

That's dumb also. A lot of important people use Twitter. And NPD just released information confirming those numbers. It was overtracked by a good bit, which is kind of what I expected.

All those ads, such a big flop.

Dude, you do not even know if the game flopped. NPD only release the top 20. No other site has confirmed the sale figures reported in the OP. The wise move is to take those numbers as if the are grains of salt. Secondly to be in the top 20, the conduit would have to sale more than 193,000 units. VGChartz did not have the game selling that many units.

If Nintendo is successful at the moment, it’s because they are good, and I cannot blame them for that. What we should do is try to be just as good.----Laurent Benadiba

With out a link, all your words are meaningless. Please provide the link to the conformation of the numbers.

@ Montanna - their sample size is huge, which certainly helps. But that is only half of it. I am not convinced that their maths is correct. The fact that no-one knows their methodology (ie do they deliberately undertrack a game if they overtracked last month) certainly doesn't help me believe them

Can you give me a link to those confirmation numbers?

Never trust members with a fanboy/fangirl signature of another console.

so much denial and fail so early.

the numbers are already available people.

If we can't trust NPD, who can we trust? Vgchartz? I do, but neither source is entirely accurate. I trust both sources, and I give NPD more weight for their larger sample size. We know how Vgchartz gathers data, but we don't know all the workings of it either. I say, go with whatever source tells you what you want to hear.

Video_Game_Critic: If anyone here is a fanboy, it's you buddy. I posted a link. Having my gamertag in my signature doesn't mean that much when I actually own all the consoles (save for the PS3, still in repair).

Vgchartz once again overtracking. Such a shame. It is going to be real tough for the game to make 1 million. Hopefully HVS can still make the sequel.
