Germany's 2nd goal was the best goal yet. Meanwhile the first was utter bullshit. Even my blind grandmother saw the offsides, and they really really did not deserve that. Their victory will be absolutely hollow and undeserved.

Actually Muller wasn't offside. The defense covering Klose on the center part of the goal area was putting Muller legally on play.

Maybe you should really watch the replay. I didn't catch who it was, since I don't know futch all too well, on the top but he was definitely behind every defender, by a wide margin too. No one passed to him, but that doesn't matter, it's offsides as long as there is a pass while an attacker is behind the defenders.

I'm watching the game, and the replay was passed here exhaustively, with a virtual offside line. There's a defender close to Klose on the center part of the area that's putting Muller onside. Since Klose isn't an active part of the play at that moment, it isn't considered offside.
For an attacker to be offside he has to be part of the play. Klose only became an equation once Muller did the cross, at which time he was behind Muller, which becomes the new offside line.

Fast Forward to 00:30 and pause there. Look at Muller's position and then look at the defender near Klose's position. This should dispel any doubts about the alleged offside.

That is false. For an offside it does not matter if the player is part of the play or not.
"A player is in an offside position if he is in his opponents' half of the field and is nearer to his opponents' goal line than both the ball and the next to last opponent."
As such, the german was committing offsides plain as day.

You forgot that in the case of Klose, as he's not directly interfering with the play, it would be Offside Offence.
In the cases of Offside Offence you have:
"Offside offence
A player in an offside position at the moment the ball is touched or played by a team-mate is only committing an offside offenceif, in the opinion of the referee, he becomes actively involved in play by.
Interfering with playPlaying or touching the ballInterfering with an opponentPreventing the opponent from playing the ball by obstructing the player's sight or intentionally distracting the opponentGaining an advantage by being in an offside positionPlaying the ball after the ball has rebounded off the goal, the goalkeeper, or any opponent
"
As neither of these situations happened, the referee couldn't consider it to be an Offside Offence.
