I say Algeria have a far chance of getting through, its either them or the USA and I dont think Slovenia are capable of doing anything based on their record. I highly doubt they will beat England

I never rated him all that highly. He just didn't have that knack for bringing in good players that the really top managers have.

Who'll take over? O'Neill I suppose, maybe Woy. Can't really think of anyone else. That article mentions Hiddink but that seems unrealistic. O'Neill has proven himself as a capable manager of a not quite top four team, which I'd say Liverpool are going to be for a while now unless a Billionaire buying them.

Winning the Champions league, F.A cup and League Cup isn't bad for him. However only finishing second as his best league finish has ultimately forced him to walk alone (excuse the pun)
