As I've heard it said before, people are "trained to ignore" sticky posts on forums. They should be used with caution.

Anyways it's obvious Vgchartz has way to many stickied posts. In sales and it's even worse in this forum. 1/2-2/3 of the front page is hogged by stickies, many of which havent been posted in in months.
