Forums - Gaming - Night Vision Goggles from MW2 to suck?

they will probably go for $40 after couple of months just like the Halo 3 Legendary edition

Around the Network

Am I missing something.... how can you hunt javelins?

Either it is an animal I have never heard of or your friend goes around searching for spiky poles at night.

Uhm.. an artbook is pretty expensive to make.. not $0..
I guessing it's a limited print so it would be easily $10 - $15..
Printing Books is expensive...

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

here's the thing guys...

if you think youre getting something other that a toy to mess with... youre just stupid!!!

If youre getting it just for the nvg's... youre just stupid!!!

If you have a few extra $$$ to burn, and you think it'd be a fun TOY to screw with for 5 min.. youre on the right track...

For me, this will be the only game i play for the next 6-8 months, at least... (yeah, im one of those guys) so why not dump an extra couple of bucks into some crappy toy that comes with it??  i dont plan on running any night time missions in my backyard or hunting "javelin", or attempting to trick myself into thinking im getting anything other than what it is...

A TOY FOR SOMEONE WHO DOESNT MIND SPENDING THE $$$ FOR 5 MINUTES OF ENTERTAINMENT....

to me its worth it... CoD is by far, the best series of games ever made (you can argue, but thats my opinion).  The Modern warfare games are even better...

For me, im expecting this to, honestly, be the best game ever made...  (you can argue that too, but thats my opinion)

I would pay the money even if the nvg's were totally non-funtional, thats how much i love the CoD series...

MW2 SPECIAL EDITION & Night Vision Goggles....  TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!!  (IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOURE GETTING & WHY YOURE BUYING IT)

I would laugh my ass off if they had some contract with some company and managed to provide real night vision goggles.
Will that happen? Fuck no, but who doesn't love them some bleeble blabble.

xD bleeble blabble

and I thought gaming was about collecting limited edition stuff and not about making it your primary focus on playing with the extras.

I see this to be similar to the Halo 3 legendary edition that came with Masterchiefs helmet. It's more for show and not really to use. But at least the goggles will have some functionality.

i might get the regular one.
and tell activision

"keep the change you filthy animal"

I want it. It sounds so cool and I would love to see in the dark no matter how much as long as I can see.
