Holy... CC is back and I love cheria design... I am so happy right now.

From Wikipedia of Tales of Destiny PS2:
Chain Capacity points. These CC points allow for easy comboing of any skills you like, provided you have the CC necessary. Each character has a base and max CC, which can be changed using several methods. At the start of a battle, the character will start at their base CC. Every time they use up CC, it will go up 1 higher than before, until it has reached the character's max CC; from there, it will go down to the base CC again.

I'd also like to thank Soriku for all his work on the news. i just love browsing the wii forum and finding the latest news about upcoming JRPGs (my fav genre). I usually never hear the info he posts until he posts it, other sites are always late to the party. I don't know how you can manage it dude but thanks :)

the characters look much better in color than that other scan, i think blue looks nice on "Hubert", lol, the name doesn't suit him though.

btw, Is the battle system 2D like tales of symphonia only without TP, and CC points instead?? I'd love not having to use gels every 2 minutes just to keep using the moves i like.

@ miz

Symphonia is 3D not 2D. >_

Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,

Soriku thanx for the news but one question since I probably not up to date with the information.Do any of the characters revealed so far use a spear or hand to Hand combat. I always loved the characters in tales games that use those fighting styles.

I love fighting games !!! Come on challenge me !

i'm playing it right now! as far as i can see i can only go left and right (up will make the character jump).

Do you mean "free run"? that's where you can run in 3D while pressing [Z], that's all the 3D in the game as far a i know :)

No, the game is set in 3D. The environment is 3D (it has depth) whereas in the 2D tales, you had a static background.

I think he means the way you move and not how things look.

OT:

Yey, no red filter this time :). Hubert reminds me of blueberries. Therefore I'll call him Blueberry from now on.

Way to hype Soriku. I think I'll save that one for later.

Sophie (the heroine) uses fists to fight. No spear user as of now.

Btw, here's the CC system in action in ToDR.

If we see the same thing in 3D, ToG is going to have the greatest Tales battle system ever. Maybe even battle system in a game ever.

That looks pretty sweet.
