Are you getting this:

I am running IE8 and I get a double header and when I hover the menus the sub menus don't display....

the submenus are new. They no longer pop-up (unless I'm having a bug too )

I am getting double headers as well and am using IE. It's because MS really loves VGChartz so they want to double promote this site. VGChartz Word is going to be epic!

But yeah I'm getting two headers.

I am getting double headers, using IE8. I am also no longer able to right click on hot topics to open in a new tab or window. 

It basically makes reading a thread a pain...

I had this double header problem with Internet Explorer 8.

this version has an option called "compatibility mode". it's a button beside the address bar (to the right), it looks like i peice of paper torn in half (or broken in half horizontally).

it fixed the problem and i haven't had double headers since :)

which "hot topics" the one on the front page? Cause I can click on all of them and open on a new tab.
