The answer depends on what you enjoy. Of the two games, Mass Effect ranks among my favorite games while MGS4 does not. The sales of Mass Effect were very good for a new IP especially once you add in PC sales.

MGS4 is clearly the better game. On thing is to be a good game the other is to be good for your taste. For example. I have Motorstorm PR and SMG(Mario WII). I know SMG is a better game than Motorstorm, but I rather play M:Pr any day over SMG. Is just my taste, but I won't argue about wich is the best game. The same here with MGS4 and ME. I haven't played any of those, but I reckon ME would be way closer to my tastes than MGS, but watching gameplay footages and listening to reviews and people who played both, one can conclude that MGS is the better game, wheather you like it or not is another matter.

Anyway don't let your lust and imagination run away with you. Bioware doesn't have Cell versed staff. Nor are they hiring one. Nor are Electronic Arts as far as I know. So to see a port begs the simple question how especially since Bioware uses its own proprietary engines. I was actually shocked when they licensed the Hero engine for their new massive title. So you would need a dedicated staff to make that shit happen.

Well, they could just twit these comments, or just keep them to themselves, but very few people have actually bothered to make a comment like this.

Also, Bioware are already making Dragon Age Origins for the PS3 and they have recently been talking up how great the PS3 is. And Mass Effect runs on the Unreal Engine
