Here's what I mean:
Quite often now, I click on a link, and the URL appears in the address bar, but the page just goes white and STAYS like that. The page doesn't load. I have to continually press refresh, and sometimes that doesn't work, and I have to refresh my internet, or close and re-open the tab.
On closer inspection, it does load eventually, but it takes a good 45 seconds for it to just get the page name, and then sometimes, it just stays on the white page and stops loading. Then I refresh it, and it takes ANOTHER 45 seconds (if it does this at all) to actually load the page. Then, it takes the normal few seconds to load.
This never used to happen before, what is going on? I am using Firefox- tried Chrome but that was even slower. It's not strain on the servers because we can handle 5,000 people fine, and it's below 1000 right now.
This happens particularly with the rich text editor. Which also sometimes doesn't load properly. A picture is 1000 words, so...
EDIT: With the RTE, it does something slightly different- it stays on the old page and makes no move to change page.
