Its come to my attention that the world of online console gaming has divided itself into two camps. Those who have PSN and those who desperately want to get on PSN. In this thread im talking about the latter, those who desperately want to get on PSN. You may not know it yourself, its kind of like a self discovery moment. You know how people can wrangle with themselves for months on end to understand whether or not they are gay. This is the same, really. The more hostile the person towards PSN/PS3 the more desperately the denial and the more desperate the desire for that which is denied.
It was some trick of fate that got you to buy Xbox 360s in the first place. But this is not an action that cannot be undone. You haven't murdered the gamer inside of you, you've only put him to sleep with the Xbox 360 console in your living room. Revive that gamer inside of you, sell your Xbox 360, get a PS3 and you'll be complete again.
I know you all feel comatose when you cut someone in half in Gears of War, I know that you feel disengaged when you teabag a Bungie employee in Halo 3 and I know you hear a hint of desperate anxiety in the voices of your online gaming friends when they speak to you over Xbox Live. You may even hear that same tone in your own voice as well
The Xbox 360 isn't your home. The PS3 is your home, you have to understand that
