Sony doesn't use BR for most large games, like MGS4. They use your Hard-Drive, via mandatory installs.

Considering your history I wouldn´t be surprised if you are both accounts.

Also, to the two people attempting to pick apart my post:

I was obviously "generalizing," and what you are doing is called "nitpicking."

We all know that the libraries aren't exactly the same, but they are nearly identical. The reason that the minority exclusives comes up so much in arguments, isn't because they are better games, but instead, because they get much more attention due to their exclusivity.

Were GTA, RE5, or Fallout 3 PS3 exclusives, they would be much more highly touted as well, by PS3 owners. That is just the nature of things. Truth is, a small minority of games are actually exclusive, and the vast majority of games released for HD consoles are identical.

One library verses another is completely negligable. If anything, the only quantifiable means of determining qualitys, sales and metacritic scores, lie heavily in favor of the Xbox 360, damage control and excuses aside. Not to mention the DLC and earlier availability of many of said multiplats being in favor of MS's console as well.

In other words, when I said "plays the same games as the PS3" I was being generous to the Sony console, and at the same time speaking generally. Those that say the only games they enjoy just happen by coincidence to be PS3 exclusives, are obviously biased, and no matter what my argument, they would adamantly defend their console, so there is no use replying.

zenfolder - not really nitpicking considering games is a major part of a game forum arguement... just throwing that out there.

@Zenfoldor: no offense, but the main reason why people buy PS3 (which is so expansive compared to 360) is because they want the PS3 exclusives I listed, or they simply think the PS3 exclusives are better and more numerous.

Especially if you a have like me a high end PC / PS3 combo there are very few 'real 360 exclusives' left you can't play better on your PC, so there's very little reason other than price to choose 360 over PS3 and its tons of great exclusives which happen to be... real exclusives, not playable elsewhere.

PC/360 games are 360 exclusive. Didn't you know that?

Ok, first, I'm not your bro.  Second, so what if it drove up the price?  Should we all still be using NES cartridges because cd and dvd drives increased the price of all systems that used them to begin with, including computers.  I've never seen someone so afraid of technology as you.  Third, who died and made you moderator?  Are you saying because I disagree with your opinion I can't post on this board or any other?  As a citizen of the good ole US of A, I believe I have the right to free speech (type).  So get over it, or move to a communist country where the gov controls the web.  Finally,  MGS4 uses most, if not all of the disc.  Yes, you have to install some of that before the game, bu , uh, where do you think that info is coming from.  THE DISC!!  Same for all games that have over 9 GB of info on the disc, and even those that don't but have an install.

And no, I'm not 64.  New here, actually.  Though I do have a question.  Why do you think 64 has multiple accounts?  Is it because he has a differing opinion from you, one that you can't find any reason for anyone else to have?  Or do you actually have proof?  If you have proof then cool, I'll agree with you he's a troll.  If not, you know there are about 24 million happy PS3 owners out there.

Well ok, I can't prove they're all happy.  But I'd bet the vast majority are.
