^^Ninja Gaiden Sigma copied GoW???

tried to beat it and become king of hack n' slash

Ninja Gaiden originally came out in 2004, and God of War released in 2005, so...

Not to mention it is the other way around anyways.  Ninja Gaiden still has the crown haha.

And than, in 2005, God of War became king of hack 'n slash (metacritic scores anyone? all three games AAA titles) and than Ninja Gaiden SIGMA (thr ps3 exclusive game, not the xbox version) tried to beat it but it failed. Same with Conan and X Blades

The fact that you mentioned Conan/Xblades in the same paragraph as God of War/Ninja Gaiden is an insult

That is one hell of an impressive line up. This generation should be going strong for YEARS to come!

As far as I know, Metal Gear Solid: Rising hasn't been confirmed for 2010; only Peace Walker has. Not sure about Castlevania, either, but I'm not interested in it so I guess I'm not even supposed to know much. And of course there seemed to be many games confirmed for a 2010 release.

Also, I dislike it how you've listed them in this form: [GAME TITLE] from [PUBLISHER]. It looks ridiculous to see Rage coming from EA, and I also dislike Brink by Bethesda since it's mainly developed by Splash Damage. Of course the way you've put it is probably correct... But it just seems a bit wrong. Other than those two examples, don't know very much. Seems right, not sure.

Anyway, 2010 seems to be shaping up pretty well. Even I have surprisingly many interesting games on that list, and I generally have interest in only a few games.

good lists. even better for me because ps3 also has good lists :D

Yeah 2010 will be just awesome for every gamer on every console.

I never thought there would be a year with Major-releases from the biggest franchises like:

  • Halo
  • Gran Turismo
  • Zelda
  • God of War
  • Metal Gear Solid
  • possibly Gears of War
  • Mass Effect
  • Castlevania
  • Final Fantasy
  • Mario

This almost sounds like a Top10 of gaming-franchises of all time (add GTA and we are done :D).

This list plus Alan Wake, Crackdown and Heavy Rain = win.

And of course with Natal, there might be the next big step for gaming on its way.

I am hyped for 2010.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
