I'm not a big racing enthusiast, so I don't really care about these things. But considering how much people scrutinize the slightest details in racing games, I'd say this is a big deal for a lot of other people.

Forza 3 has stock cars. They just will not be official Nascar stock cars. Whatever that changes.

Not rally like in DiRt. Forza2 had rally cars and "rally'ish" tracks too, it's just not a rally sim, but neither is GT.

Rally cars racing in the rally tracks with official World Rally Champion license is not rally. Hmm, interesting.
