Funny is that the Chinese part says it's sexy but I don't see anything sexy in deformed characters wearing swim suits. The part where they get the past Tales customs is pretty cool though.

Those picture were Japanese magazine scans.

There are no Namco-Bandai games ever been localized for Chinese market, same as those from major 3rd party developers.

Microsoft and Sony are the only two companies doing the service for gamers in Chinese society.

A lot of hardcore gamers in Taiwan follow news from Japan very closely and the majority of them know some Japanese quite well (to play games).
