Not from the games I've played on PSN and xbox live (SCIV, SF2 HD).

I would guess that since they're fighting games they use p2p on the psn as well. If you look at K2 and halo3 you'd see a big difference.

well ive not played sc4 on both but ive played sf4 on both, and on psn even with zero bars connection the ps3 version still plays smooth.

Both versions of Battlefield use EA servers.  Not P2P....  The only reason the PSN version would play better is if there are a lot less people playing, which is almost guaranteed.

That last part about it playing smooth with zero bars connection is an obvious fabrication.

i think PSN doesn't use Sony's servers except for first party games, so if its lags its capcom.

battlefield bad company had tremendous lag a couple of months ago but was good at launch.

In related news, there is less traffic in the middle of the desert than on an interstate.

lmfao, I think it depends on the game. I mean I've played COD4 for both the XBL and PSN but I'm going to be honest I've been in more laggy games on psn than xbl.

can't wait for Track Season 2009/2010, guna beast out!

Travis Touchdown ERECTION CONFIRMED!

Isn't it just stating that you have to play on the "SERVERS NEAREST TO YOU" to reduce lag on PSN? I think thats the important part of the statement no? Maybe the fathere the server location from you, the more the lag? Thats what the ad makes it sound like.......
