2 million in Japan only?! What the fuck, totally pisses over super smash bros brawl... That game had 2.7 million worldwide in it's first week. And this is just pre orders...
But the question is is there going to be enough DQIX games released for everyone who want's it on first day/week?
Games on Nintendo consoles doesn't usually shipped with 2-3 million copies I think.
If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing

Is this coming outside of Japan as well ? Might get some huge sales then even though it's probably not so popular outside Japan.
Could be a coincidence but the japanese Nintendo stock is now the highest its been in 3 months. WSR and DQ are doing their job.

No way do they have enough supplies for the launch. 2 million in japan alone on just preorders that is insane. Let's not forget the 350-750k that will be sold in stores opening week if it evens makes it to stores. I will guess that it will have 100% sell through for at least the first two weeks.

This is impressive, but not surprising. When is the last time a DQ game did less then 2 mil opening week in Japan?
