I think Leo-J is still sort of burnt out from his huge breakdown and he's tired of ass-plugged Nintendo fanboys saying unlikely things as some sort of clouded troll attempt at almost every opportunity and getting away with it.
I mean, the PS3 couldn't logically continue its current rate, what about Christmas boosts? Plus, there will be boosts, even if small, from the acclaimed PS3 games, such as Final Fantasy 13.
Anyways, I have mad respect for Leo-J and I won't let you talk down to him.

The Gamecube also had boosts from Christmas and acclaimed games. Personally I would say it will pass the GC due to more scope for price cuts and a stronger brandname but nothing is guaranteed in this world. Calling people ass-plugged fanboys is probably going to get you a warning at least = I mean calling out snesboy as a fanboy, go ahead, calling him ass-plugged? There is a line, and you crossed it. |
Depends on what "ass-plugged" means. Are you implying that I only play Nintendo systems?
If that be the case, then you are dead wrong. What would I do without my Star Wars Battlefront and Halo?
How would I play my precious Final Fantasy and Metal Gear Solid and Katamari Damacy and Area 51(though that is also on Xbox) without a PS2?
If I only had a GameCube last generation, I would have gone insane due to the lack of good games in the last two years of the system's life. The span between Resident Evil 4 and Twilight Princess on Cube was forever. What was I supposed to play on the pathetic "lunch-box"? Fire Emblem: PoR? umm sure but I like my strategy games portable. Battalion Wars? I didn't even like Advance Wars and now its an RTS with brain-dead A.I.? No thanks. Odama? No, there is just something weird about medieval pinball.
Those were the only Cube games worth mentioning that came out during that long gap between RE4 and Zelda TP.
@leo-j
I know where you are coming from. I honestly do. Last generation, I had to deal with all this bull**** too about why the GameCube didn't have any good games and how its graphics sucked (they still blew away PS2, but since that was the best-selling system, nobody cared about fact) and lastly its lack of online play (ehem, Hacks to play LAN games (Mario Kart, Kirby Air Ride, 1080 Avalanche) online and Phantasy Star Online).
But do I truly hate PS3? No. Why? Because it still hasn't reached its potential and when it does, that is when I will make my opinion on it.
