The Nintendo Channel implies this game sold a few hundred thousand on Wii Ware. These guys should be pretty happy.

I love this game. Just finished playing a 4 hour session of it.

To be honest, I'm sort of impressed with all the piracy, PC sales still make up 40%.

On the other hand, most (certainly not all, but most) pirated copies are probably not a lost sale, but do increase mindshare, knowledge of the game/company, etc. Piracy does have a few (not many, but a few) upsides.
