If they consider the 360 as "doing well", then the PS3 must be doing fantastic and thus no need for Sony to cut the price lol
OT: Congrats to the 360...but we have known that it reached the one million milestone a while ago |
I think the PS3 comment is direct at Sony on a more global scale since MS is still kinda owning them in total sale by more than 8 million.
Here's the omitted part of the OP article's comment
The 360 is doing well in Japan (if you compare it to the original Xbox)

Yeah and you add in the fact that the X360 was more expensive than Xbox that makes it look even better. Too bad we can't say the same about the comparison of sales in Japan with Ps2 and PS3. Before anyone tries to argue on this I want to clarify that I'm talking about this in terms of equal amount of years out on market. Look at the 1st 4 years of X360 in Japan to Xbox and it's a clear winner but look at PS2 first 4 years compared to PS3's and they are complete shit. X360 and PS3 were both more expensive then their predecessor last gen as well. One is doing worse this gen and one is doing better. This last sentence is true in Europe and North America as well.
How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...
Xbox 360 wants to Kinect & PS3 wants to Move! Why are both systems having such relationship problems? The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.
