We should include Wii Sports as a zero position, it deserve to be on the list but don't compete with anything else, it is in it's own level of selling. Pokemon is ONE game, but with 3 SKU (Diamond,Pearl and Platinum). About Nintendogs, it don't have 4 version, just 4 different cover with different dogs, all the packages have exactly the same game.

New Super Mario Bros. was also bundled for a time, insofar as that goes.
I can't remember if there was a Brain Age bundle or not.

True. Anything is possible. However, I doubt Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus will follow the same pattern. Wii Fit incorporates the Wii Balance Board that came with several tweaks and technical limitations. As a result Wii Fit was not as refined as it could have been. WFP will most likely improve on that. If its anything like Wii Sports versus Wii Sports Resort those improvements will be very noticeable. Combined with a huge advertising campaing that will attract many consumers who were originally hesitant to buy the original. However, Nintendo may re-release Wii Fit as a stand alone disc sometime in the future to cash in on the expanded market created by Wii Fit Plus.
if you include multiplat like gta4 or cod4 you should include pokemon there's less difference in pokemon diamond and pearl then in gta4 360 and ps3

Ok I updated to include Nintendogs and Pokemon. I suppose it is only fair since they are huge sellers.

Well it will be a wii game, but best multiplatform will be Modern Warfare 2.
