I think I'm going to go on a break with this game. All it does is piss me off. Whether it be lag, or people creating new accounts for better stats. Just fought a Lvl. 2 Litchi who is far and away better than any I've seen in all of these tournament videos. Pulling off the complete full combo bbsin was trying to do twice in one round. Frustrating. And funny thing is, they've never once gotten a trophy for any game. Interesting, huh.

Playing blazblue is the first time I've actually broken a controller out of frustration. I'm trying to learn Hakumen now, and hes simply not a good character. Try using him, you'll see. His air combos simply DO NOT WORK. The examples on the video must be from the arcade version, where the enemy doesn't fly near as far with your hits.

I wonder why people bother doing that. I mean, I don't think there's any incentive. If they want a higher level, they'd be better off using the same account to stack points. Perhaps they just want a good win/loss ratio...seems like a waste of time to me.

Anyways, I usually take breaks to cool off as well so I think it's a good idea that you do too. When I went on a losing streak in SF4 (against people I knew I could beat), I continued to lose because I was just frustrated and not thinking logically.

@Shadowblind : Hakumen's combos do infact work, but the timing is so crucial (I believe you only have a 5-7 frame window to input commands) that it's very difficult. Also, he hits slow and can get out poked easily. You'd have to have near perfect execution to pull off some of the combos the japanese pros do.

Think of it like Marvel vs Capcom 2 with the assist...As long your not in a special move you can call out an assist...Even while attacking...Should work about the same way..you have to learn the timing..so practice it...

It's kol man, we definitely cant say we didnt try. That actually has never happened to me. I was quite dumbfounded at the whole thing.

Huge kudos for turning my attention to such an awesome game. I absolutely love this shyt!! It's perfect, just wish there were more characters but every character is very interesting to say the least.

Arakune is freaking awesome!!! The combos are nearly endless if you chain your oppenent with the grubs. If you become transparent and just use the eating move as a link between combos its quite hard to lose. I'm currently trying to perfect consuming the opponent at least 3x without letting them touch the ground then chaining them and doing like a 15-20 hit combo. If one manages to do this the match is over plain and simple.

After spending an hour in rank I'm about to level 18 now.

This level 36 Noel beat me really badly a couple time but it was cool!
