Well, you have to press D to bring her a static object in the field. I'm not exactly how he is able to be in the process of attacking of her and making Ada use moves.
I think I'm going to go on a break with this game. All it does is piss me off. Whether it be lag, or people creating new accounts for better stats. Just fought a Lvl. 2 Litchi who is far and away better than any I've seen in all of these tournament videos. Pulling off the complete full combo bbsin was trying to do twice in one round. Frustrating. And funny thing is, they've never once gotten a trophy for any game. Interesting, huh.
