I think ToV will likely do 400,000 in Japan.
If ToV get released in NA/PAL, I think it will sell around 150,000 in each region.
So, possibly 700,000 to 800,000 lifetime.

If Soriku gets a PS3 before NA launch, then maybe we'll see 200,000 in NA :)

Did you forget the sales of Eternal Sonata on PS3? Probably 100-150k in Japan, and 100k in the west.

yes, i remember.  but ToV is a MUCH BETTER game than ES (i really like ES, btw)

i am talking about Japan here

plus, Namco is adding so much more contents in the PS3 version. it also interact with the Tales game on PSP (VS).  this is a very big deal.

from what i read in the japanese game forum (people are praising the PS3 version and a lot of Tales fans will rebuy this game) and the pre-order situation at Amazon Japan, i am convinced the PS3 version will do bettern than White Knight Chronicles.

It (PS3's market share) might hit 30%, but definently not more. ~ Neo

Xxain I would faint if Vesperia became a million seller, especially in the west. So I wish it was possible too... ;_;

But it looks like I'll be getting those Tales of the Abyss costumes day 1 ^_^

buy the ps3 version.

there is a chance thanks to japan to outsell the 360 version.

WKC a new entry series did 350k on japan alone on the ps3 :).

i don't see why mass effect is a RPG.

gameplay is a shooter. and the story its more star trek than futuristic FF.

Am interested in this. Where would you guys rank this among this gens RPG's? I've heard good things for the most part.

I haven't played through all of it but from what've I've seen, it's very good.

Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Mass Effect are on a class on their own though. Then there's  Valkyria Chronicles and TOV.

You're right, they're WRPGs ;P

As for the rest, they're SRPG or JRPG.

Edit: Damn, nen-seur beat me to it.

Basically, what I'm saying is that WRPGs are a lot better than JRPGs

I'm hating all this PSP+PS3 connectivity. It's making me want to buy even more games. >_>

Like, I'm thinking of buying GT PSP only because any cars I unlock in it will be unlocked in GT5.

I'd say it means it's working as intended :)

i'd love if they did that to Final Fantasy XIII too, imagine FF13 + FFAgito13 connectivity, say trading card mini game anyone?

Ha you just gave me a idea. SE should make a arcade game based on the card games in FF.
