I remember posting this article a while back, but I think I skipped over this part accidentally. I don't think anyone knows about this either, so worth posting...

AR: Considering distribution and advertising is obviously not cheap, are there plans to help off-set the costs by selling official merchandise or licensing the characters for an anime TV show?

KK: This strategy will indeed be employed, as we have plans for a movie/show and a guide book (walkthrough) is also planned. In addition to this, the game's soundtrack has been released.

Awesome, I hope it gets a boost in sales by the time this movie launches, similarly to the VC anime.

They should do a rerelease like VC as well.

Didn't they already make a manga? I would love to see an anime that sticks to the story of the game, and maybe ads some filler(with content though and by filler I mean not present in the game).

Sounds awesome. Here's hoping for an anime, not a movie!

True. There are few things worse in anime than those damnable movies that try to stuff a whole 26 episode season into a 2 hour movie.

I would have preffered a "The world ends with you" anime, but still i would love some backstory on Fragile. Of course, since it's coming to Europe, i'll get my answers.

An Anime for this game would be awesome, but I need to get the damned game first... >_>

Since you played the game, how would you rate the story out of 10? Is there like a bunch of twists and stuff?

I don't think I'm fully qualified to rate the story, because my Japanese is still limited and even more so when I played it, but from what I understood I would give it probably a 8.5/10. Though if they got the atmosphere of the Anime right like they did with the game it might boost just because of atmosphere. A lot of the story is hidden as well in letters and other items that describe the lives of the people before the catastrophe happend so I would like to see that incorporated too.
