If anyone doesn't know there was a bus ad that said "There's probably no god, now stop worrying and enjoy your life". Well some christian group decided to start their own ad campaign against atheists, and it is far more horrifying. Here is the billboard and the TV ad.

This is disturbing because the message of the two ads is 1:Atheists don't care about anyone and and will kill you in a heartbeat. and 2: Nobody likes atheists. Because if you don't matter to god, you don't matter to anyone.


I mean that is disgusting. That is just an attempt to inculcate prejudice by means of (barely) subtle hate speech.

In this context, the radical christians by far. The bus ad didn't claim that christians would shoot you, and that nobody likes them anyway. At worst it called them stressed about hell. The bus ad wasn't hate speech directed at a single group. It was a message about a broad ideology, not people.

That's true actually. The amount of times someone has told me I don't have morals because I am atheist is immense. Of course I have morals, I would never kill anyone, I wouldn't hurt a fly, I would never steal, I work as hard as I can at things i feel are a good use of my time... and that does not include genocide.

If you look up atheist on conservapedia you can see the prejudice saying all atheists are lying murderers straight away.
