i wouldn't call uncharted 2 biggest upcoming ps3 game, it's not even close.
Uncharted 2 - 2-2.5mln LTD(first week 250-300k)
GOW3 - 2.5-3mln LTD(first week 500-600k)
GT5 - 5-6.5mln LTD(first week 700-800k)

1st Week:
God Of War 3 - 800k
Uncharted 2 - 300k
Gran Turismo 5 - 2.5m

Lifetime:
God Of War 3 - 3.5m
Uncharted 2 - 2.2m
Gran Turismo 5 - 9m

Uncharted 2: 2.8 million LTD (600K FW)
God of War 3: 3.5 million LTD (900K FW)
Gran Turismo 5: 10 million LTD (3 million+ FW)

lol at people giving GT5 ability to sell 2mln+ first week. GT4 sold less than 2.5mln on 100+mln ps2 userbase after GT3 and GT4 Prologue made fanbase for it - how come GT5 can sell 2+mln first week on at best 26mln ps3 userbase? it's even more imposible if it would be released this year as some people are saying.

Uncharted 2: 3 million LTD (5.5K FW)

@ waron, then why did MGS4 sell more then MGS3 first week?

The first Gran Turismo always sells more than the other... and the first Gran Turismos sold 10million+

Plus theres an expected pricecut/slim and probable bundle to go with the release of GT5. 

- first Metal Gear game on nextgen console,

- ps3 exclusive,

- more western friendly game,

- end of the story,

- last Metal Gear Solid game(at that time it was THE last main MGS game),

- online multiplayer,

- Backward Compatibility ps3s in the MGS4 bundle(if they were released with MGS4 launch),

Call me a nitpicker guys, but LT=lifetime, LTD=life to date. A game that haven't been released, can't be more LTD than 0.
