Believe it or not though, it's the Nunchuk that we reckon is the true genius in FIFA's control system. You see, tilting it to the side when shooting or taking set pieces puts swerve on the ball. Naturally, the more you tilt the Nunchuk, the more swerve is applied. This might not sound like great shakes but EA has refined this to such an extent that you do feel in complete control of your shots. That's a feeling we haven't had since the good old days of Sensible Soccer. The act of successfully guiding a free kick over the wall and slotting it into the top corner is one of the best feelings we've had playing a football game, simply because it works so well and you truly feel in complete control."

actually ive gotta be honest, this looks kinda interesting. I may simply be experiencing some kind of drug-induced euphoria, but i do believe EA just did something clever, innovative and in the interests of gaming.

EA's work on the Wii so far is more indicative of what I expected from Ubisoft. EA at least seems to be trying when it comes to their Wii efforts. Outside of Rayman Raving Rabbids, Ubisofts Wii efforts have left a LOT to be desired.

well, give EA some credit. they are the world's biggest 3rd party publishers for crying out loud.

it'll still get a review in the mid 70's anyway.
