The controls are... FULLY customisable arent they?

I spent about 15 minutes tinkering about with my setup. I'm not entirely happy with it, so I'll probably mess with the sensitivity again in the future.
But this game definitely controls extremely well, and a system like this should be standard in all future first person Wii games.
I posted my custom settings in the Official thread last night, and afterwords I thought it would be a great idea to make a specific thread where we list our own customized controls. We can see other's ideas and come up with new ones.
The thread is here: http://vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=78016
Incredible controls, great mulitplayer. Frankly despite the criticism of the single player it really brought me back to some of the great old PC games.
XBL: WiiVault Wii: PM me PSN: WiiVault
PC: AMD Athlon II Quadcore 635 (OC to 4.0ghz) , ATI Radeon 5770 1GB (x2)
MacBook Pro C2D 2.8ghz, 9600m GT 512 iMac: C2D 2.0, X2600XT 256

They don't particularly wow me, but i haven't adjusted anything except moving towards a scheme closer to the old Metroid Prime scheme (A = shoot, B = jump), haven't tried sensitivity at all

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

The MP trilogy are also favourites of mine, but mainly because of the adventure elements. Apart from the controls, what stands out in the single player? |
as long as you don't play the default Guard difficulty and go at least one higher, this game is pretty kick ass because you will find yourself jumping a lot in different directions to avoid projectiles and crouching for cover too in the later levels, on top of that, they throw grenades at you in the harder settings which makes the game more annoying hence more satisfying and awesome at the same time.

I agree, but then again, if you are used to it, like more precise about it, it doesn't really turn you much at all, you won't be using melee most of the time though tbh since it's not super powerful and that's really how it should be.

now that I think about it, there is one complaint I do have with the button customization, I can't map my Melee attack to Z and just leave motion blank because I never use targeting, at all. that is one option HVS really should give users in the future, the ability to leave something blank for better key mapping, I'm going to try to swap grenade and nunchuck and test how that works.

I'm in love with the controls. I did adjust them so that they are more sensitive than the default settings. It's smooth sailing.
