Forums - Nintendo - Eurogamer had second thoughts about their GST review.

Theyre all noting the control issues. What does that say exactly?

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

Judging from those reviews megaman79 posted, Eurogamer might not be the only reviewers having this problem.

I wouldn't be surprised if many reviewers use debug Wiis to review games, since they have to take screenshots for the reviews.

I think props to them for admitting they made an error, we could do with a little more of this journalistic integrity.

It was kind of scary reading that, like watching a conspiracy finally fall into place after 2 hours in a movie.

They had the integrity to admit their mistake and correct it. Good for them.

All you people flaming them, using the internet logic that people who make mistakes are idiots, don't know what the hell integrity is.

It would cost them nothing to stay silent, yet they endure embarassment in order to be fair, and right, and honest.

We all fall, gentlemen. Some of us just go about it a bit more gracefully than others.

For once.  I completely agree.
