Between the 3: Final Fantasy X

FFX: It had a story that actually made sense at the end.

note: This excludes what FFX2 did to the storyline, a game so horrible I'm not sure if I ever finished.

Final Fantasy X
though i prefer this one on FFVII , it didn't have the "Freedom" like FFVII did, it was very linear and didn't have a world map

Final Fantasy
however that game kicks ass, but it sometimes feels like if someone is forcing more random plot twists with the storyline that it gets hectic

Kingdom Hearts
though i got to admit , the character animations were perfect in that game, storywise, wtf just a couple of disney movies stuck together, then random final fantasy characters appearance and then they realise the game have to end.

bottom line

FFX > FFVII >>>>>>>>> Kingdom Hearts

None of those FFIX and FVIII is where it's at :p

Of that list I guess I would go with FF 7 although I can think of at least 10 Square games that are better than those games. Final Fantasy 4,6,9, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Super Mario RPG, Vagrant Stories, Secret of Mana, Secret of Evermore, Xenogears are all better Square games.

Final Fantasy VII

Because it was my 1st Final Fantasy game and it was fucking awesome. I've never played 10 or Kingdom Hearts though

KHII because that's the only Square ENIX game I see there :P

But if you mean by Square, then definitely FFVII
