i just bought 40GB PS3 from my friend for £150 with one dual shock 3 controller and one sixaxis controller and no game, my friend already owed me £25 so i just paid £125 not a bad deal, i already have PS2 so the lack of PS2 playability is not big deal to me.

i borrowed Killzone 2, prince of persia and pro evo 2008 for few months from my friend, i am buying MGS4, LBP and uncharted tomorrow, the only downside is killzone 2 looks like ass on my SDTV

I don't play PS3 on SDTVs.. I've never even so much as tried it before.  Played Soul Calibur IV on 360 on SDTV.. didn't like how the screen had to resize to keep aspects the same.. without a stretch option... But, if I can't play on HD, I won't even touch my PS3.  Go ahead and get those awesome games... And get Bionic Commando: Rearmed from PSN for 10 bucks.. it's an awesome remake that gives the original a run for it's money.
