the reason i put this in the gaming section, is i believe mgs 5 will be a multiplatform game. i think it will be released in the summer just like mgs 4 was .

I don't think so and I really wouldn't want another MGS5. MGS4 was the end of the main series.

btw...there will be no 6( unless another PSP one comes) Kojima has said the "Snake story has ended"...so MGS:R will start a new arc and I expect the "Solid" in the title to be gone soon

MGS5 most likely wont come to the current gen consoles
Kojima and the MGS4 team are making Peace Walker so their hands are filled till mid next year
Kojimas other team is making Rising which probably wont appear till 2011
if there is a MGS5 I say pre-production could start late 2010 or early 2011
so my answer is No to MGS5 being out before the end of 2011
