Since Rock Band has now been confirmed for the ps2, there are now rumors that it will come to the Wii. Does anyone actually think this has a chance of happening?

Wasn't it confirmed for the Wii, but with a later release date? I remember EA talking about this ages ago.

Whatever - my interest in a "game" that takes up my entire living room in space, and costs more than half the price of the Wii itself is minimal.

I am not interested in any of these music games, not Rockband, Singstar, Guitar Hero... none of them.

This is EA though and they are the crappy port kings, along with their buddies from Ubisoft, so expect a crappy Wii port sooner or later.

Guitar Hero/Rock Band is the easiest game in the world to make a port of. It doesn't even come close to the technical limitations of any of the consoles. What makes you think the Wii version will be crappy by comparison?
