Ohhh.....so it's their sprungers that lead them to new gaming ideas.....learn something new every day.
...
I have always been a tri console owner. However when MS entered the game market and sega left, I just stayed clear. I just don't like MS as a company, its a personal vendetta if you will.
I gave up when the Capcom Five did not deliver... P.N. 03 flopped, Killer 7 did not interest me, and Dead Phoenix was a dead project.... It never came out. I remember reading an article about the Capcom 5 on an EGM magazine before the Cube came out. The Capcom 5 was the reason I bought a Gamecube and it ...... wait, what thread is this? Nevermind
So much Win, so little post.
Damn you sonyboys are funny.

I loved the PS1 (bought it for FFTactics and the rest of the Final Fantasys, was able to find a bunch of other good games for it thought too)
I skipped the 6th gen (all consoles didn't interest me, now I'm playing catch up)
I "gave up" on Sony when they made the PS3 not have full BC to the PS2 on every model (and the price) - I would own one today if I could have bought a fully BC PS3 for $299-399 at launch.
Even though this is a pretty stupid mimic thread I will sum up my post with this:
I "left" Sony because they started targeting the HD crowd (the "casuals" of the PS1 era that now are the graphic whores of today, this is the market Microsoft has traditionally targeted with the XBox) and I don't fit into that group very well. I do hope to one day buy a PSP (at $99) though as I am interested more in the PSP's games (and yes FF Tactics: Lions War does have a lot to do with this)
Currently dreaming of: DKC4 or Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (classic 2D platformers) for WiiWare, Smash Bros. for DSi, New Super Mario World for DSi, a Wii remake or true sequel of Final Fantasy Tactics.
One down, hopefully more awesomeness to come.

Bah, its all in good fun. It's a satire thread.
Now Playing: The Witcher (PC)
Consoles Owned: NES, SNES, N64, PS1, PS2, Wii, Xbox 360, Game Boy, DS
I never been a fan of Sony games (that include GOW and GT). PS1 and PS2 were the best options because of 3rd party support.
| Aiemond said: I was raised on Sony like most gamers are. I gave up on Sony as the primary gaming system. After playing the PS1 and PS2. The game that got me to do it was CoD3 for waggle and finally became a key elementof gaming. What game made you leave Sony, or any other thing? It seems to be tradition that most gamers leave Sony eventually or mostly ignore them. If u never left them i'm also interested why? Anyways, keep gaming and end complete fanboyism it has no logic |
Love yah maan, compleatly hilarious.
