Didn't Wii M+ come out? Wasn't that meant to boost sales or something?

Anyway I think at this point we will definately see a Wii price cut this year. They just built bigger factories, it costs them more to not drop the price that to drop the price.

Maybe ioi has got the Wii low as an adjustment after NPD numbers were much lower than VGC ones.

Amazon had the PS3 for $50 off for a couple of days which caused it to jump to #1. That's probably what caused the PS3 bump.

I don't see why Wii M+ would make much difference, especially short term.

I mean, you either are into waggle already, or you are not.  If you already are, then you already have a wii.  It's too soon for skeptics to suddenly say, "Oh wow!  This will be what I want, I have resisted waggle until this awsome tech!".  If M+ makes a difference, it will take weeks if not months to make a difference in sales.
