I don't see why Wii M+ would make much difference, especially short term.
I mean, you either are into waggle already, or you are not. If you already are, then you already have a wii. It's too soon for skeptics to suddenly say, "Oh wow! This will be what I want, I have resisted waggle until this awsome tech!". If M+ makes a difference, it will take weeks if not months to make a difference in sales.
