Forums - Sony - New DLC announced for Valkyria Chronicles

I really might go get this, or at least rent it. I don't think I've ever heard anything bad about it..only problem being I'm iffy on SRPGs=/

@ Phrancheyez

Do try it! Its not for everyone but if you're only beef is that its SRPG then I highly recommend you try it. This game is far from just a SRPG, the combat is far more visceral and more 'hand on' than most games from the genre.

And HELL YES if online is implimented, althought I'm doubtful, I'll be happy with more side missions though, the story is ace.

Give it a shot. Every PS3 owner should at least try it.

It's lots of fun.

It's the game that keeps on giving.

Proud Sony Rear Admiral

I normally don't like DLC (haven't even bought KZ2's maps), but I'll definitely buy Online mod for Valkyria, although I'll probably suck.

OMFG. I love Sega right now.

if it did have online , they need to release it for free, i dont know about anyone here but if you have to buy it THEN buy this add on, then the online people going to be veeeeeeeeeeerry few, only Resident evil got away with this.

i am getting it either way.

I'm sure that it'll be fine because I can't see anything other than 1 vs 1. I'm also glad because as far as I'm concerned, DLC in the first place seemed like something impossible, but is now a reality due to the rebirth in sales. We would have never got this anyway.

I used to hate SRPGs. Until my friend actually taught me how to play FF Tactics. I really enjoy them now, and Valkyria Chronicles is a god send.
