Still no Kasumi at 1 pm Atl. so 10 Mtn.

Adept was easier and much more fun than Vanguard on Ins. Sentinel on Hard. just wasn't. So diff. from the ME1 classes. Not worse necessarily but I do wonder why.

'Firewalker' was worth the price but without integration or some less linear maps it's a dead end.
Must have taken some effort technically. Hope there is a place for it in an expansion or in ME3.

I think the thing that makes insanity hard is your build - infiltrators have the easiest time on insanity, while other classes are a bit harder.

I was dying left and right with my engineer until I figured out that the combat drone is a game-breaker on bosses - I was having major trouble with the boss on Horizon, as his attacks killed me too quickly. However, the combat drone made him a pushover.

Loved the hammerhead - not so much the deepness of the missions, but what it means for ME3. Overall, it has a ton of potential.

I  beat Insanity with the Sentinel class. For the most part Insanity just forces you to be patient. You can't steam roll you enemies like on other difficulties. Horizon was a pain my rare to. Ultimately, what ended up doing was taking cover and hitting the boss with warp as often as possible. The extra shielding of the Sentinel class, combined with having a power for any situation made the class ideal for Insanity IMO. You have Oveload for synthetics and shields, Warp for Barriers and Armor, Throw to stifle YMIR mech after stripping away their shields/armor, and most important tech armor. Once you get past the half way point Insanity doesn't seem to difficult at all.

Unfortunately, my problems have usually lied with enemies that have a tendency to rush me, killing me very quickly - on Insanity, a YMIR mech can kill me in 2 hits, and nearly the same can be said for most Krogan or other berserkers that break my cover quickly.

For example, Garrus' loyalty mission - where you have to kill 2 YMIR mechs at the same time. That was not the easiest thing to do. I threw a Cain missle at them, then was reduced to attacking one 'til it was reduced to health, then call up AI hacking about 20 times, until it destroyed the other mech.

I remember that mission it was slight pain in the rear but, you underestimate the power of Warp. By the time I got to that mission I can fire off warps with insane speed. In fact, their were a lot of fights later on in the game that I used little to no ammo at all. In that particular battle I followed a similar strategy to you, but after firing off the M-920 I used the my environment for cover. So I could nail them with warp repeatedly. An upgraded warp shreds through armor pretty quicky even on Insanity.

@Recon1O1

Yeah where the hell is my DLC Bioware. I was hoping it would be up when I got up this morning. No dice.

DLC up! I'm gonna download and start it tonight! Oh, and the DLC is in the XBL Marketplace NOT the Cerberus Network. Hopefully this'll save some of you a few minutes of confusion.

I finished the Loyalty mission for Kasumi. I like her play style. The Locust is my favorite submachine gun, and liked the Dragon Age easter egg during the loyalty mission. I'm disappointed about Kasumi lacking the dialog tree but I knew that ahead of time. At least she has more to say than Zaeed. Plus Zaeed doesn't have a bar in his quarters.

Dammit, I have like 400 points in my account. :(

You can also get it through the "new content available" link in the main menu of the game. That's where I selected to get the DLC. I'll play it in a little while.

Just finished Kasumi. It's hard to say if it's worth the price, because you can always go back through the game, use her in your party, and in the final mission, but it is pretty short. Anyway, I think her loyalty mission is one of the better ones.

Now, I wonder if we'll get an expansion like Dragon Age. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Kasumi's play style rocks though. Shadow Strike is awesome. They should rename that skill One Shot

At 560 pts I feel only slightly used. Apparently femsheps look good in a cocktail dress. Not Lara in Tokyo good I bet. SMG hits pretty hard. I had hoped for Kelly Hu's voice but Kotor 2 was Obsidian and she'd be pricey. Kasumi has Miranda's graceless gait, a fugly nose and seems kinda needy but it's open bar in her room!

Yeah the femsheps get a sleeveless, low cut, short black dress with high heels. There is one character you won't see at the bar in Kasumi's. Jacob. He's gotta be getting a stalker vibe from her.
