I beat it in 29 hours... and I had Mordin die randomly, he was loyal

That just really annoyed me, it was just so unneccessary, now I am just watching other endings on youtube

I'm at like 43 hours at just about the start of the end. Working on 1 more characters loyalty mission and some last minute touches and then it shall be the end!

Just to warn you, the end is not that long, it took me maybe 2 hours at most, on Veteran though, so it will probably take you longer

It is alright, I'm actually really impressed that it has taken me 43 hours thus far. That is 13 hours over what I put into the first game.

Well I played the first 3 times, but I am fairly sure my first playthrough took over 30 hours. I didn't do many side quests simply because I wanted to get on with the game with time

I'm just not sure what to do next? I could either take my guy from ME 2 (Dave, who was taken from ME 1), or go back to Jack Shepherd an evil soldier from ME 1

Another question is what class? I have read that infiltrator is the best... but I am thinking about being a biotic, though it is isn't that big of a change from being a Vanguard?

@ 1337 Gamer - yeah i've been thinking the same.

I did my playthough, upgraded everything besides probes, mineral scan and skill point reset. Did all character loyalty missions and alot of sidemissions, and i completed the game in aprox. 18 hours.

I did everything in M.E.1 apart from the collection side quests as I just did not care anymore. Got that achievement for doing basically everything though.

Actually, my first ME 1 campaign only took 22 hours, and I managed to complete it in 5 hours when I didn't do any sidequests
