Conclusion: No. VGChartz has NOT slowed down since the release of VGChartz 2.0. It's at the same height as it was last year. VGChartz saw a drop during October/November last year, but has other than that been stable at ~ 4200 posts a day.

things have been feeling kind of slower here for the past couple months I think, even before 2.0 Though I blame it being summer and just plain boring numbers right now. The big fall / holiday showdowns will make this site explode again.

Yeah the forums just aren't as lively as they used to be...I await the day when we hit and average of 500 members online at once, that would be nice.

I hate to say it but i think without epic fanboy threads the forums get really boring...i mean who doesn't like a good debate/arguement.

I like how when someone posts evidence contrary to the general feeling of the people in the thread it gets completely ignored :)

Maybe they would be interested if they knew what the heck your FAQs is.  Or if you didn't make false claims to be the biggest Pikmin fan on VGChartz.

I'm getting rather used to this.

I'm starting to think that everybody blocked my posts with WoW's "ignore user" due to my "wall'o'text"s.

One thing though; we had E3. Last year, E3 bumped up the numbers a bit (some of that is pre the data I posted), and it didn't this year. In that sense, there might come a minor drop after E3, or in a few months from now.
